Open Water Class Information:
Our open water program is broken into 3 phases which are:
- Phase 1 - (Option 1) Classroom lecture - 2 class sessions (6:30p - 9:30p, but flexible).
- Phase 1 - (Option 2)eLearning - At your own pace
- Phase 2 - Confined Water - 2 class sessions in a confined location, such as a pool.
- Phase 3 - Open Water - 2 days, 4 dives - which can be accomplished locally or on a trip.
Phase 1 - 2
The cost is $300.00 which includes all PADI Open Water study materials, required rental diving gear, and all associated fees. You must provide your own mask, fins, snorkel and wet suit boots, if you are using open heel fins.
Phase 3
The cost is $250.00 which includes your certification card, quarry passes (if completed locally), and rental diving gear.. You must provide your own mask, fins and snorkel.
Referrals to complete phase 3 at another PADI Dive Shop
The cost is $40.00 which includes Referral Letter, documentation of training, and a copy of your medical statement.
